Avocado Hair Treatment

Avocados are rich in nutrients and contain a lot of  vitamins and minerals including high levels of potassium, folate and fiber. Avocados provide essential fats like oleic acid (omega-9) and linolenic acid (omega-3), which are critical for cell growth. They are rich in fatty acids which are very nourishing for dry, brittle hair. Avocado is great for quick softening, moisturizing and deep conditioning. Avocados promote healthy and stronger hair. Avocado treatment once a month will help to add moisture to your hair.

You’ll need:
1 avocado (peeled)
1 tablespoon of Honey
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon jojoba oil or olive oil
(Be sure to apply to freshly shampooed hair)

Mash the avocado to a smooth consistency and then combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Massage mixture into scalp and hair. Leave in for 25 minutes. Rinse out with conditioner and style as usual.
